Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for a Fleet Manager.

As a Fleet Manager you are the first point of contact for (employees of) customers and suppliers, both by telephone and by e-mail. You keep yourself busy with checking and administering quotes, contracts, invoices and driver data. Together with your team you are responsible for the complete fleet management at various large national and international customers.

Tasks and responsibilities

• You are the link between (employees of) customers and suppliers;
• You check offers, contracts and invoices for accuracy;
• You monitor compliance with different processes at customers;
• You take care of the administrative processing;
• You report periodically to the customers assigned to you.
  
  

What are your qualities?

• You have MBO / HBO work and thinking level;
• You know MS Office, especially Excel;
• You are service-oriented, proactive and can work well in a team;
• You work process-based and are customer-oriented;
• Experience as a fleet manager or experience in the lease sector is an advantage.
